Refund Policy

Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be in it's original condition, packaging and unused.

Custom orders are exempt and are non-refundable. This is due to the goods being custom made for the purchasers requirements, and approval has been received by Cookii from the customer for preliminary drafts, prior to placing the final order.

To initiate a return, please contact Cookii within 24 hours via email at info@cookii.com.au

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees for products that have qualified for a refund. Please note, there is no refund for shipping fees from initial purchase.

On orders that have qualified for free shipping and in an event where a refund is requested for the entire order, the refund will be fulfilled less a $10 restocking fee.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damaged items 

We take extra care in packaging your product to ensure it is not damaged in transit. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cookii is not responsible for damaged goods due to misuse.
