Refund & Return Policy (Updated 1 November 2025)
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Returns, replacements, and refunds are only available for items that arrive defective or damaged.
If your item is defective or has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue via our contact form or email us at info@cookii.com.au
Cookii is not responsible for damage caused by misuse.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
We package all orders with great care. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns. Original shipping fees from your first order are non-refundable. Orders that qualified for free shipping and are fully refunded will have a $10 restocking fee deducted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

All digital downloads are non-refundable.
